vacation continued

We spent the morning visiting with the Hills.  The kids enjoyed playing with their two dogs, Louis and Lola.  We then were on our way to Iowa City, Iowa where we spent three years of our marriage while Ben was in residency.  We drove by our old house which looked just as we remembered it and ate lunch at our favorite sandwich shop - The Bread Garden.  Then we moved on to our next destination of South Dakota to see our friend's the Hilles who we knew from our days in Iowa City.

On to Iowa . . .

Grace and Camille standing in front of our house in Iowa City.  Grace was only five months when we moved in and Camille was born while we were still living there and lived there for almost one year. 

Soda!  A huge treat for us.  We must be on vacation as normally we only have water!

On to South Dakota . . .

I actually took this photo on our way out of South Dakota because I missed it on our way in!
