It has been almost a year since I got my Kitchenaid. I have been experimenting with recipes using 100% whole wheat. I finally think I figured one out. The white bread is a sour dough bread that I also like to make (a friend gave me a sour dough starter). I make bread once a week but it doesn't last too long around here! Nothing like homemade bread!
