Seth was proud of his creation.
After many attempts to keep his cabin together we decided to make a
cardboard frame first and then put the "logs" on it. Ideally, you'd use a milk carton.

Gabe spent his time eating his frosting - he never got to building the log cabin!
Today we did a unit study on Abraham Lincoln. We learned he was born 200 years ago today. We enjoyed making some log cabins out of pretzels, chocolate frosting, and p-nut butter.

Looks fun and yummy! I'd probably do it Gabe style - just eat the ingredients.
Oh and my sister told me that when she was in Hawaii last month she found out that her husband's cousin (who was also on the Hawaii trip) is a good friend of yours from St. Louis - Stephanie and Scott??
