We have enjoyed swimming at a nearby neighborhood pool every Friday this summer. We meet up with some friends and cool off in the water. I have found that if we have a set day to do an activity the kids tend not to ask over and over again to do it. They looked forward to Fridays and were content going swimming once a week. It will close come Labor day so we will enjoy it for a few more weeks.
