Ben turned 36 on Wednesday the sixth. The kids and I went and decorated his office while he was not there on Tuesday afternoon. We had such a fun time especially because we knew it would be quite the surprise for him when he arrived to work on Wednesday morning. We hoped that Seth would not "spill the beans" and surprisingly he didn't! So it was a true surprise for Ben and I think he enjoyed it!
We had a fun time celebrating here at home too. We made an airplane shaped cake. The kids were so excited to surprise Ben with an airplane cake. (Since he continues to make his plan to build his own airplane someday.) Here we are making the cake, the finished product, and the party.

Im so proud of you for starting your blog, we love it! We would love a tour of your new house, maybe post some pictures! Looks darling from the photos, the kids are getting so big.
