We carve pumpkins the night before Halloween. The kids have been anxiously awaiting this event! We've had their pumpkins since they first arrived at a nearby stand over a month ago. We've enjoyed them as pumpkins but now we will enjoy them as "jack-o-lanterns."

What great looking pumpkins. I love the one with eye lashes!! We need to start doing ours the night before - we always jump the gun and they are wilting by Halloween.
